Warranty Coverage
Gold Lodge provides a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty clasps or closures
• Loose stones caused by production defects
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or dents from everyday use
• Lost or stolen jewelry
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care
• Jewelry that has been modified, resized, or repaired by another jeweler
